Yoga way of life

Aspirants desirous of visiting our Ashram for learning yoga are always welcome. Visits for a period of one week or more days are entertained.  Swami Rajakrishna will attend the workshops for one or two weeks program arranged by aspirants who want to learn yoga in any following methods.

A new approach for a lifetime health, character and personality development.  Healthy persons can practice yoga as a preventive method. Prevention is better than cure.

         YOGA WAY OF LIFE

Provides sound health, stamina, body flexibility, mental serenity, intellectual clarity and spiritual ecstasy.

Eliminates tiredness, uneasiness, gloominess, hatred, tension, fear, lust, anxiety, depression and violence.

When you interact with other persons whether in the family or outside you can identify your shortcomings like negative emotions and thoughts whatever and correct yourself and gradually you become the master of the situation. But it requires a regular practice of yoga and meditation. As the world changes, people of all walks of life are required to improve their physical, mental and spiritual faculties to withstand any situation. Wealth cannot solve all problems in life. You have to understand yourself, others and situations properly for correct decision and action. Then life here and hereafter become peaceful and worthwhile. .

Normally people after retirement become lazier and find no particular aim in life and without capable of doing anything for the family and society they become a burden for others. If you do yoga and meditation from the younger ages as a part of your life, you become more alive even on reaching old age and do something useful for family or society or those who are more spiritual can do more meditation to realize God. Then life is not felt boring and finally can leave the body without causing much trouble for you and others.
